I can see the character assassinators are alive and well this morning. Why not just leave ole' Ted alone? He's human and he's entitled to his opinion.

He's an entertainer and an outdoorsman. He loves his country in his own way. I dislike the fact that we, the left in particular, are so focused on assassinating the character of the people we don't like. It's small minded.

And by the way, when did "plead guilty" become "character assassination"? If someone pleads guilty, that means he DID IT--and ADMITS IT.
