Actually, they are two separate instances. One is where he said subtly threatened the President and the other is where he was hunting illegally. The two are only related because Nugent did both. There's your logic.

So what is so important about a hunting problem that warrants a forum topic here in our mountain community? (Considering that it is a separate issue from the so-called threat.)
