Chris Matthews, the MSNBC host who used to get leg tingles thinking about Obama, suggests we should ignore the advice of Martin Luther King Jr. and judge him by the color of his skin and not the content of his character, according to Real Clear Politics.

Interesting article. While I'm no fan of Obummer I don't see his re-election prospects as being that dim. I think Romney will not garner many of the religious wing-nut votes because they won't want to vote for a Mormon. I also think that a lot of conservative voters who could overlook his religion may not vote for him because they see him as a Wall Street charlitan and/or an individual whose personal convictions and policies are open to the highest bidder.
To coin someone else's quip, I think this election is all about selecting the evil of two lessers.
