The modern day dust bowl moves east. I can not imagine why anyone making minimum wage to medium wage would want to stay, the cost of living, taxes, and the cost of insurance are out of control!

Worse, they move here with the profits from selling their $500,000 dollar town homes to buy two homes here and Claifornicate their local neighborhoods; Douglas county and Highlands Ranch come to mind.

The Californication of Colorado continues ....coupled with letting young adults borrow $ 100K to get educated at liberal bastions with liberal advocacy degrees with no real ability to turn those degrees into private sector jobs. The only jobs available to them are government, advocacy groups, and public schools.
