You simply don't watch it. It is in Mexico, there is nothing to do. This stuff will happen everyone once and a while, just discourage it and make it clear that sex on tape is not for folks under 18 and sex is generally not accepted for kids until 14-16 and may not be legal in some places till later without govt sanctioned marriage (aha). We supercharge kids with sex in society, not in a bad way, but human society is based around folks having sex or trying to get it, so you cannot hide it from the kids, just try and get them to wait.
I say there is no real societal action item here. I mean don't some sick % of American and British kids of both sex look at explicit porn on the internet daily, this is widely known and little is done about it, well we do spend a lot of time denying it....like most will likely do if they post on this thread.
