No one believes that jobs are coming back fast enough, except for the Republicans who are continuing to obstruct the economy for the hope of political gain. I don't trust someone who refuses to relax with a beer now and then, particularly a local craft beer brewed by locals providing jobs for locals.FredHayek wrote: But even Obama admits that while jobs are coming back, they aren't coming back fast enough.
The devil you have seen fumbling around in the dark for three years versus a man who has experience in business, running a state goverment, an Olympic event, seems to be a moral man who doesn't drink, drug, fool around, etc.
So far for me, the only big advantage I can see with re-electing Obama is that he won't take several months to get settled like normal new administrations.

That question was posed by a very very limited part of the media before the 2008 election and I never heard an answer to it. Now the MSM will say that his credentials are his on-the-job experience as president. The Liberals GOP Twin wrote:

Take a stab at this...
Ok... let's turn the tables a bit on this. Can you or anyone else on 285 Bound tell me what the employment credentials are for Obama in regards to his knowledge or running a business? His credentials for managing money, payrolls, budgets, hiring, firing, managing employees?

I'll take experience as president and evidence of slow steady growth over a vulture capitalist every time. Romney has yet to give us any indication that he understands, much less wants to help, the average American.

LJ, I take a different view, they are the dumbest republicans, if I were Romney ,I would use their comments as a badge of honor.LadyJazzer wrote:

Isn't it amazing that when these points were made by Newt Gingrich, Rick Perry, Sarah Palin, John Huntsman and Brabender/Santorum, that nobody on the Right said that they were "anti-capitalism", and "anti-business"...? But now, when Obama says the same thing they suddenly are? Can you spell "hypocrisy"..... I guess they know they have a problem with all this obvious material out there, and the only defense they have is the usual one--try to make Obama suddenly look like someone who is "other"--and "outsider"-- Tiresome ploy... But when all you have to run on is Romney's vulture capitalism, and he's running from it, and refuses to answer questions about it, keeps ducking it, ... I guess you don't have anything else.

What does running a business have to do with being POTUS? Certainly President Obama does have the most experience in operating the federal government than any other candidate whether it be domestically, foreign policy wise, managing dual wars, etc. Certainly Etch a Sketch has no experience in managing a business to produce products and/or services, only with bleeding businesses dry for his own benefit. Can you name any successful businessmen who have been successful as POTUS. Bush was a failure at his own businesses, Truman was also not successful in business. Carter was successful at business but did not overwhelm as POTUS.The Liberals GOP Twin wrote:

That's not what I asked. You stated opinion, not facts. I'm looking for facts. I'll try again.
