Obama took the time to weigh in on the white cop who arrested a black man (beer summit), he jumped into the Trevon case ("If I had a son he would look like Trevon"), and he praised OWS. I believe he's been on the wrong side each time...jmo.
My question is, will Obama just ignore the violence and arrests ? (approaching 5000 in think) Does some cop have to be killed or does some building need to be torched before he publicly states "enough!"? This crap will get worse as OWS falls on deaf eyes and they don't get their demands met (whatever they are).
Just looking for some opinions whether you support Obama or not...I'll be nice if you will.
The left is angry because they are now being judged by the content of their character and not by the color of their skin.
I hope he doesn't. The few "bad apples", (just like the Righties that murder doctors, and set off bombs at clinics), don't negate the whole OWS movement, which is a legitimate form of First Amendment protected protest.
So how many riots would it take for him to say anything and what if someone is actually killed? We were told that the Tea Party was born out of racism and gun toting haters, yet I can't think of a single arrest as of yet. 4000+ arrested in OWS rallies/riots and not a peep from the prez. I thought the president was suppose to protect all Americans, not just the ones he agrees with.

I'm quite sure Barry is taking the popular side at any moment hoping that it will increase his popularity and gain votes for him in November. That much is obvious.
Maybe Barry is taking a page out of Ben Franklin's book? He wrote “Speak ill of no man, but speak all the good you know of everybody.” Nah, that theory couldn't hold a drop of water.
It is clear to me that Barry is nothing more than an opportunist. BHO will go to any length to take advantage of every chance he can to promote himself, no matter how he has to misrepresent himself:
- Born in the US? Depends, would it make it easier for him to get in to College or gain employment?
- Endorse Gay marriage? Depends, would it gain him more votes to endorse it or speak out against it.
- Make promises he can't keep to special interest groups, even when he knows he can't deliver results? Sure, as long as it makes him more popular and everyone votes for Barry.
- Publicly state that he identifies with OWS? Right now it is Barry's perception that it's politically expedient to do so, probably (IMHO) having some sort of flash back to the race riots of the 1960's and contemplating how that might increase his popularity and give him more power.
I can explain it to you but I can't understand it for you.
"Any man who thinks he can be happy and prosperous by letting the Government take care of him; better take a closer look at the American Indian." - Henry Ford

The problem with him calling out these rioters is that they fit right in line with Obama's class warfare BS. If he tells them to cool it, he'll lose one more group of angry voters.

Barry has painted himself in to a corner with his support of the OWS crowd. He needs the popularity and the votes but many of the sheep have had enough of OWS and they want the Gubment to do something about it. So now he has to face the music and find a way to wiggle out from under what he said before about OWS. The worst part? Politicians are the masters of being for something and being against it and back again depending on what gets them the most popularity and votes.
