Figures don't lie: Democrats do

What I know is that Ann Coulter is a liar:

For the rest of the usual liars here on 285B, here is a little something from that liberal rag, the Wall Street Journal:

Obama spending binge never happened
Commentary: Government outlays rising at slowest pace since 1950s[/b]

WASHINGTON (MarketWatch) — Of all the falsehoods told about President Barack Obama, the biggest whopper is the one about his reckless spending spree.

As would-be president Mitt Romney tells it: “I will lead us out of this debt and spending inferno.”

Almost everyone believes that Obama has presided over a massive increase in federal spending, an “inferno” of spending that threatens our jobs, our businesses and our children’s future. Even Democrats seem to think it’s true.

But it didn’t happen. Although there was a big stimulus bill under Obama, federal spending is rising at the slowest pace since Dwight Eisenhower brought the Korean War to an end in the 1950s.

Even hapless Herbert Hoover managed to increase spending more than Obama has.

Dang, don't you hate it when facts get in the way of the usual GOP talking-points crap? :VeryScared:

What Toad and his toadies refuse to acknowledge that it is well documented that President Obama has slowed the rate of federal spending by over 400% compared to his predecessors.

PrintSmith, as you already know, nothing you post will keep the lefties from refuting what you have to say, not even the truth. According to the left, the problem with the post is the source, they can't get past the possibility that the Emperor might not have any clothes after all.

Post some facts from a reliable source and perhaps I'll debate you. Post lies from Coulter, Breitbart, or Drudge, and I'll point out the source is unreliable. Pretty simple, really.

PrintSmith couldn't recognize the truth if it whupped him upside the head. He has his own reality, which is OK, just don't pretend it has any relationship to reality.

Which part of PrintSmith's post is wrong?

The left is angry because they are now being judged by the content of their character and not by the color of their skin.

Another thing that is fairly simple - Obama and his band of merry Democrats ruling Congress added nearly $1 Trillion to fiscal 2009 spending including approximately $200 Billion from TARP that had earlier been appropriated and deemed unnecessary to spend by the Bush administration. Doesn't matter who reports it, it actually happened.
