As a person who no longer smokes but still has smokers in the family I think this is a bad idea. Flying is stressful enough without taking away peoples opportunity to relax. Everywhere in America because of the ADA we spend much more to build wheelchair ramps and etc to accomadate the 1% of us who need it why can't we show a little understanding to the people who are addicted to tobacco. Plus a lot of these addicts are going to figure out ways to smoke anyhow or become very irritable and make the flights even more stressful for everyone else.
