And perhaps posting it proudly to YouTube (perhaps, because by the amount of screentime the guy with the beard got, I think the person who filmed it might have been doing an undercover expose.) If you're strapped for time, start at about the 5:40 mark, but it's worth seeing the whole thing. Terrifying stuff. It's societal breakdown in almost all its ugliness, and not just because of the vandals. The cops hanging back and doing nothing, and the people who appear to be enjoying the show more than anything else...
All sane people should get out of California before it's too late.
