Obama 294 Romney 235 Ties 9 Electoral Vote

Why do you think Obama is so far ahead as the economy continues to sputter along gasping for air?

One reason is that I don't think the conservative wing of the GOP is really behind Mitt. No Palin so far to energize the base. The second reason? In a bad economy, normally people vote for change, but with so many voters on the dole, it makes sense that they are going to vote for the guy more likely to increase benefits.

BTW, the 9 tie votes are for Colorado. We are a white state, not a purple, red, or blue one.

Because people don't want to do the hard things to get us back on the right track. Obama promises more bunnies and chocolate, who wouldn't want that??
