DOMA Ruled Unconstitutional By Fed Court

It won't be overturned on this decision according to KOA, but it looks like the Supreme Court will get to decide on it.

It will be interesting to see what they rule.

Not just overturned by "A" court...Overturned by the THIRD federal court in a row.

It's going to get harder and harder for the 5-4 majority to NOT look like the partisan hacks that they are when the appellate courts are lining up on the same side of the issue over and over again.
