MoveOn, a giant in the progressive political world and an early endorser of Barack Obama in 2008, warns that it might have to “pull the plug” on key campaigns to help Obama and Senate Democrats if its 7 million members don’t pony up with at least $5.
So now we have a particularly interesting situation, Barry needs his supporters to pony up with the cash to keep one of his more important PACs from bailing out on him. The problem is a large percentage of the working age population of the United States is either unemployed, under employed, or just gave up on looking for a job. I wonder if MoveOn accepts food stamps, EBT, Gubment cheese, or Gubment peanut butter?
I can explain it to you but I can't understand it for you.
"Any man who thinks he can be happy and prosperous by letting the Government take care of him; better take a closer look at the American Indian." - Henry Ford
Corruptissima re publica plurimae leges; When the Republic is at its most corrupt the laws are most numerous. - Publius Cornelius Tacitus
Gee, if you guys ever got your facts straight, I would be amazed... But, since this is the usual lie/partial-truth why bother...
Yes, they sent out an email saying "We may have to pull the plug"..The rest of the message said NOTHING about support of Obama. It listed 8-10 issues, and asked for donations to continue working on all of them...But as a "motivational technique", it allowed the recipients to check off which ones they felt were the most important...(Support for Obama was NOT one of them...)
So, as usual.... LIARS
Obviously, I am a member, and I get their emails, and here is the main part of the content:
Here are some examples of the important projects we'd love to run in 2012 if we had enough money:
* Young voter turnout. Young voters were crucial to Obama's victory in 2008, but most elections experts say it's unlikely they'll vote again in similar numbers this time around. We learned how to register and turn out young voters last time, and we need to do it again.
* Elect Elizabeth Warren and keep control of the U.S. Senate. Elizabeth Warren is one of the best progressive candidates we've seen in years. When control of the Senate could be decided on her race, how could we not help her win?
* Fighting voter suppression. Republicans have passed a wave of laws aimed at making it harder to vote for African Americans, students, and poor people. If turnout goes down by even a couple percentage points among these key voting blocs, that could be disastrous.
The DNC
The ACLU
The PFAW (People for the American Way)
The AUSCS (Americans United For the Separation of Church and State)
The FFRF (Freedom From Religion Foundation)
And several others... And I donate to ALL of them! While you sit on your a** and do nothing but bitch about things.

Try donating to real people who need real help...your money is going down a giant rathole. (not that I would expect anything different)
The left is angry because they are now being judged by the content of their character and not by the color of their skin.
