Very true about getting yourself checked for your tolerances. Some people can get away with eating unhealthy food and livign sedentary lifestyles while others constantly have to watch what they eat every day.

I love salty foods and have great BP results. We are all different when it comes to diet.

Gatorade has too much sugar and should not be used for hydration by itself. Best to mix it 50/50 with water or buy the mix pouches and water them down. I love salty foods and still have low BP.

Sea salt and kosher, the only way to go. Table salt tastes like minerals to me.

Lots of salt works great to get the blood pressure to read in the low end of normal range. Without it I and siblings hit the very low end.

What SC said - Good idea to check what is normal for you. Although I have found with family members it may change with age.

I was one of those who bragged about how I could eat almost anything.....I had low blood pressure, I had low Cholesterol, I was normal weight, no risk factors for heart disease......then found myself in the ER, minutes from a heart attack with a 90% blocked coronary artery. Don't be complacent just because your numbers look good.
