No, translation is: I'm in the middle of writing 12 charts (most of them original material for a songwriter) and they have to be finished by 4pm, and I don't have time for the usual knuckle-dragger drivel.
Romney has proven time and again he's a privileged moron who thinks it's funny to terrorize kids and cut their hair; and dress up in a "Mister Officer" suit and terrorize his classmates; he straps his dog to the top of his car for long trips; he likes to fire people; and basically, he's a rich sociopath.
What else is there to discuss? But since I keep TLGBTwit/nee: all-his-other-b.s.-aliases on IGNORE, I have nothing to debate with him anyway...
Here we go again....if Obama did something bad then it's OK for Romney to do something as bad or worse. I am constantly amazed, as I have stated before, that Republicans look to Democrats to justify their own bad behavior. A simple....yeah he did it, so what, would be more honest than the constant whine, whine whine....Obama did it too, or worse, or whatever.

LJ & you both consider that a unfair debate tactic, but the candidates themselves use it. Gingrich would accuse Romney of creating the first Obamacare and Romney would come back with that Newt supported the individual mandate that is central to Obamacare.
If you post a story attacking the GOP candidate, it only makes sense for the response to come back that your candidate has an even bigger black mark on his record.
BTW, has anyone done a check on LJ recently? I hope she is OK and not crying under her covers with a tube of cookie dough and a pint of Ben & Jerry's since the Wisconsin debacle.

Fred.....I will concede that everyone uses the tactic.....and in some cases it's a legitimate argument......health care with Romney is a good example.....but really, using it to justify bad behavior without acknowledging that the behavior is bad is tiresome at best. I wouldn't even post about it if just one conservative had said....yeah, Romney did some stupid things and should be held accountable for them, just as Obama did some dumb things and we are bashing him daily on them. What I hear instead is that Obama did some dumb stuff and deserves to be bashed, but Romney's stuff is totally excusable because somewhere a liberal did something worse, or he was just a kid (like Obama wasn't?).

How should Obama be held accountable. If you mean here on 285 Bound, that not accountable. That's just a bunch of political junkies arguing over politics? The vetting of Obama in 2007-2008 stunk, and you know that. So... should the nation know about his drug use, along with Romney's dog carrier?

Really, still using that old chestnut? That might gain Mitt votes, from the people that have no problem letting the window down for their dogs or putting them in the back of pickups.

Of course they should know about his drug use....he wrote about it in his book. I don't see Romney being very forthcoming about his past except when it hits the media. You have a very selective memory....FOX spent a lot of money and time and effort on fully vetting Obama in 2008.......but it's not their fault a lot of what they put out there was false and failed to gain the outrage of any but the most far right zealots.

Some of us actually care about how the man treats his dog, I think it is very indicative of what kind of man he is. The fact that you seem to think it's OK for a dog to ride 100's of miles on top of a car (12 hours is what I have read) to the point he became sick is indicative of what kind of person you are. It was irresponsible at best......I think it was cruel and abuse.
