Per the Economist they prefer the tactics of Michele Obama combatting obesity by encouraging kids to go out to play and creating a White House garden versus the NY mayor who want to use new laws instead. I have to agree. Passing ineffective laws will do little. Better to encourage.

New York City? Been there five times and am returning to visit a niece there in September. Love the cities energy even if the mayor doesn't trust me with a salt shaker foie bras or trans fats.
