Lets think of something better, what do we have to lose?

You can propose/try to discuss non-partisan "outside the box" ideas for real solutions to government policy issues. It has the potential for interesting discussions on a forum like this.

However,

1. On this board it is a waste of time and will get little or no responses and will get bumped down by all the partisan outrage of the day chatter.

2. Nothing will change in real life with the 2 major parties having all the power, so its educational only.

Go ahead and propose some crazy ideas jmc! :)

One more thing jmc, most posters are too lazy to write more than a sentence or two and describe original thoughts. Its just easier to copy and paste blogger outrage pieces and write short insults later. LOL

Time for me to go back to Pinecam and beg their forgiveness.

Best thing I have heard in awhile, actually I have said this many times. Right now up in Washington they are more worried about themselves and not this country. I am tired of hearing how the Repubs aren't doing anything, and yet the Demo's up there haven't either. Hell if we got a buck for every little bickering going on up there, we would be putting alot of money back into this country. Bush this, Obama that, Boehener this and Reid that. For being leaders, they need to go take classes in what leadership is.

Wake up man..They're doing just fine serving the people that pay them, and thats not us- Thats corporate interests..And btw, those are not our interests..The only thing they worry about is people like me that want to turn off the spiget...

WE GET WHAT WE DESERVE and dummies like you don't deserve $h!t. It's CAMPIEGN FIANCE REFORM people! The corrupting influence of money in politics is the most serious issue the country currently faces. Should we continue to allow a corporate money control the fate of our country!?

But the American people have rejected the Left's solutions in 2010. The Republicans got a mandate to vote down Obama's plan.

I know it is getting late, but it is difficult to tell whether I am reading a discussion forum or the Congressional Record
