Then you have nothing to complain about- all is good.

You must be in agreement with Obama then- the economy is fine.

Now that Archer is fine, retirement is fine and she's comfortable... she can be a hypocrite and now start dumping on corporate America and capitalism. Lazy liberal... typical. I wonder if she was rallying against capitalism while she was employed and her pension and retirement plans were investing in private equity and other capital investment schemes?

Someone like Archer is not even credible.

U.S DEPARTMENT OF THE TREASURY
Date: 14th June 2012.
Attn: Beneficiary
Subject: Payment Release Instruction for the sum of US$5,500,000.00
Payment Router #: UTFMR/CITI/009/01101000002/0319740
Dear Sir,
I am Timothy F. Geithner. The Secretary of the Treasury under the U.S
Department of the Treasury. The executive agency responsible for promoting
economic prosperity and ensuring the financial security of the United States.
However, by virtue of my position as the Secretary of the Treasury, I have
irrevocably instructed the Federal Reserve Bank to approve your fund release via
issuance of a CERTIFIED CHECK drawn on CITIBANK NEW YORK, which is the
authorized bank for your fund release.
Therefore, as a former President and Chief Executive Officer of the Federal
Reserve Bank of New York, and being a versatile banker of repute with about 25
years experience in the financial sector, I wish to state categorically that a
CERTIFIED CHECK of $5,500,000.00 USD drawn on CITIBANK (NEW YORK)
will be issued and sent to you via the US Postal Service at no cost to you.
Hence, every and all cost associated with the delivery of the CHECK has been
pre-paid by the U.S Government. The only cost associated with your fund release
is the cost of processing a "Fund Clearance Certificate", which is estimated to the
value of $250.00 USD.
The "Fund Clearance Certificate" is required in accordance with the U.S Monetary
Policy; and it is the ONLY expenses you will incur before the CHECK will be sent
to your mailing address.
You can get more facts about the U.S. Department of the Treasury on this link
http://www.treasury.gov/about/Pages/Secretary.aspx . Please get back to me with
a quick confirmation of your mailing address.
Yours truly,
Timothy F. Geithner
Secretary of the Treasury
1500 Pennsylvania Avenue, NW Washington, D.C.

You better jump on that offer before the Gubment runs out of money!

I can explain it to you but I can't understand it for you.

If the workers tried to better their lot the 'robber barons' hired thugs to keep them in line and killed many of them. Then there's the child labor sweatshops. And how about the railroads built on the bodies of many workers?

A free market based upon mutual respect of labor and employer is fine. But sooner or later either side can get greedy (yes, the unions became as bad as the companies IMO) and self-regulation seems to not be an option.

Good posts in this thread cydl, refreshing for this forum.
