Just-released audio reveals a conversation between George Zimmerman and his wife when he was in jail. The calls were recorded shortly after Zimmerman was arrested for the death of 17-year-old Trayvon Martin. Prosecutors say that these recordings reveal that Zimmerman and his wife lied to the court about how much money they actually had.
In one exchange, prosecutors say the Zimmermans can be heard discussing transferring money from George Zimmerman’s defense fund into wife Shellie Zimmerman’s personal account, and clearly shows the Zimmermans were being dishonest and deceptive.
So? Doesn't mean he is a murderer. I wonder how many people here who had oodles of money give to them would be a little tempted to not disclose all of it. Or divert it for personal reasons. Seems like every week you see a story of charity embezzlement.

It shows that he and his wife are more than willing to lie to the authorities. That means a lot since his is the only account of his shooting of Martin.

If I was tried and found guilty of murder by the media and LJ types, I would do anything and everything possible to make sure I had the means to fight the false accusations. I hope he keeps getting enough donations to get the same kind of defense as OJ got. I don't know if he's guilty or not since I wasn't there, but I get pretty sick of idiots on tv and around here who think they know what happened before evidence is presented.
