Tim Morris opened his mail last week to find voter registration forms addressed to Mo, his dog that has been dead two years, WSLS Channel 10 reported from Bedford County, Virginia.

The dog, whose full name was Mozart, would have been 19 years old.

I can explain it to you but I can't understand it for you.

10 On Your Side looked deeper and found that the voter registration forms were sent by the non-profit Voter Participation Center, not the State Board of Elections.

So we contacted the Voter Participation Center and found that they purchase mailing lists from vendors and while they do try and check every name the organization admits that some do fall through the cracks.

The voter registration efforts are focused on groups like young people, minorities, and unmarried women.

This could help explain why the Morris' dog Mozart didn't receive a registration form until now, since he would have been 18.

18? That's 127 in dog years, right?

It's gotta be a liberal get out the vote drive.

I'm pretty sure Republicans are against young people, minorities, and unmarried women voting.

More Chicago politics gone national, I wonder how many dead people, dogs, cats, and other pets will be voting on the 6th of November.

I can explain it to you but I can't understand it for you.

You complained of something like that the night the polls closed on the Walker recall.. then mysteriously dropped it when you learned he had won.

I'm human and I'll admit that even I was surprised that there wasn't more of an uproar from the left in the Wisconsin Walker recall.

Do a little research on the Voter Participant Center and you'll find out they get a lot of funding from George Soros and many of their donors are contributors to Barry. The Voter Participant Center also has a habit of camouflaging their junk mail to look like official documents from state and county Gubments.

I can explain it to you but I can't understand it for you.

And this is different from what Republicans do, how?

WASHINGTON — The National Rifle Association, a Ralph Reed-led social conservative group and other organizations have quietly begun pumping millions of dollars into voter-registration drives and get-out-the-vote efforts to defeat President Barack Obama and aid GOP congressional candidates.

The strategy, coupled with Republican-backed voter ID laws enacted in at least a dozen states, poses a threat to Democrats by attempting to offset or even outperform traditionally effective voter mobilization efforts by organized labor and liberal groups.

It signals that, still seven months before Election Day, both sides are escalating funding for the ground wars, which are typically carried out below the radar but could be decisive in closely divided battleground states.

The political gloves are off and the war is on, if you think otherwise you are only fooling you. The donkeys and the elephants are going to pull out all of the stops and don't think a few of the weirdo parties won't join in.

It's going to get worse before it gets better and it might not get better depending on how the majority of Americans vote. It's my opinion but, if Barry gets another term it won't be good for America.

I can explain it to you but I can't understand it for you.
