It is always a tough balancing act, I like clean air and water. I also like being employed. The judges may have decided that the EPA is right here, but there will be costs. And if American companies shut down, those jobs go to China, but Chinese companies reap the profits instead of Americans. So in this case, it is Obama and his EPA which are exporting our jobs.

Source?....
Prove it.... Companies shut down because of EPA regs? Which ones?
Jobs are ALREADY going to China, as fast as Romney & Bain Capital can ship them there...

Source? 8.2 percent unemployment during the Obama recession. And part of the reason US companies buy from Asian subcontractors is because they don't have as many environmental regulations. Example? Apple. They don't own production in China.

I asked for a SOURCE...not another wingnut talking point...
Companies shut down because of EPA regs? Which ones? Apple hasn't shut down because of EPA regulations... They outsourced American jobs so they could get things made cheaper by a company whose working conditions are so bad that their employees are committing suicide on a regular basis...
I asked you for a SOURCE for your assertion... Since you have none, I will once again assume you're full of b.s.

Hey, guess what. Romney hasn't been with Bain Capital for 13 years (since 1999).
So in the last 3 1/2 years, who had more potential control over corporations outsourcing jobs? The President of the United States, or Mitt Romney? And what has the President done about it?
And you do pick and choose your Bain Capital stories. Prove if you can that they've outsourced more jobs than other major corporations do, especially corporations which are losing money and looking to try to stay in business.
Sorry, but that "hasn't been with Bain Capital" defense doesn't fly... (He made $13 million from Bain Capital for the last two years, and is obviously involved in the decisions that are now coming to pass that send jobs off-shore...) You don't get to claim credit in one instance, and deny culpability in the next for the same time-period.
I'm still waiting for the proof that companies shut down because of EPA regs? Which ones? Apple hasn't shut down because of EPA regulations... They outsourced American jobs so they could get things made cheaper by a company whose working conditions are so bad that their employees are committing suicide on a regular basis...
If you want to deflect by asking for proof of something else while failing to answer the one that's already on the table, that's not my problem.

No deflection because that EPA question has nothing to do with any statement by me.
I was responding to this statement by you...
Jobs are ALREADY going to China, as fast as Romney & Bain Capital can ship them there...
Romney hasn't been with Bain for 13 years and you imply he's still responsible for shipping jobs overseas. If he's made money from them recently, I assume it's because he still owns stock in them (if so, smart decision, and if you look at the overall record of Bain saving companies, it's pretty good and yes, I can give links). It doesn't mean he makes any decisions for them anymore.
Again, what has President Obama done about jobs going to China while he's in charge? What could Romney of done about it in the last 13 years beyond what Obama could do about it now? And just try calling technical support for any major computer company and see who you talk to. Of course, you blame it all on Romney which is a total joke.
So again I ask, prove if you can that they've outsourced more jobs than other major corporations do, especially corporations which are losing money and looking to try to stay in business.
