Listening to the radio, obama's advisor or press secretary was asked the question about it being a tax. he would not even give a straight answer, did the normal obama thing, talk around it and not at it. kept talking about how it would do this and that. So if the supreme court says it is legal as a tax, and the obama admin says its not, does that mean that they believe they are above the supreme court (yep)

This administration think's we're stupid and if they say it's not a tax enogh times, we should just start believing it.
The left is angry because they are now being judged by the content of their character and not by the color of their skin.
STOP THE PRESSES! The Romney campaign has had a few hours to decide not whether it's actually a tax or not, but which one plays better politically. So, IGNORE what his "Gov Etch-a-Sketch" spokesman said about it being a "penalty"... They've decided that another flip-flop is in order...So, now it's a "TAX"...(at least it is today...)
Of course, NOW they have to explain how it was a "penalty" in Massachusetts, but now it's a tax (as far as Romney is concerned)...since it's the same plan. But Gov. Flip-Flop has spoken.
(Of course, it's still a penalty... But that doesn't play as well...)
