Obama is not our first black president

"They just conveniently forget that Barack had a mama, and she was white - very white American, Kansas, middle America," said Morgan Freeman. "There was no argument about who he is or what he is. America's first black president hasn't arisen yet. He's not America's first black president - he's America's first mixed-race president."

I can explain it to you but I can't understand it for you.

Corruptissima re publica plurimae leges; When the Republic is at its most corrupt the laws are most numerous. - Publius Cornelius Tacitus

Funny for Morgan Freeman to say this since he doesn't look "Black" either. I know many mixed-race who consider themselves black first.

I would consider Barack to be a Black President, but also mixed-race. This is clearly a part of the man, especially if you read his autobiographies.
