He did deliver change - the economy is as bad as it has ever been since the 1930's.

I can explain it to you but I can't understand it for you.

"Any man who thinks he can be happy and prosperous by letting the Government take care of him; better take a closer look at the American Indian." - Henry Ford

Corruptissima re publica plurimae leges; When the Republic is at its most corrupt the laws are most numerous. - Publius Cornelius Tacitus

As he (Obama) said here Friday morning, “We tried it, and didn’t work.”

But it has become increasingly difficult for the president to argue that what he has tried is working well, or that he has something new to offer. [/b][/i] Each month that the economy produces fewer jobs than are needed just to keep pace with population growth adds to the burden the president faces as the clock ticks toward November.

If the president gets reelected and the economy stays in the toilet for the next 4 years, will his supporters FINALLY want to consider abandoning Keynesian economiics and Obama's promises, or will they still blame Bush till the end of time?

The left is angry because they are now being judged by the content of their character and not by the color of their skin.

8% unemployment for this long? Hasn't been this bad since Truman was in power in 1948. Luckily for the Dems, Harry won in a tight race. I predict the same thing for Obama.

OP,
Do you really think Obama is trying to change that much from Bush? He claims to be, but even when he owned the Senate & House, the Bush Doctrine and Patriot Act were kept in place.
