How come no mention of how many on Romney's campaign staff would benefit as well?

I think the article is saying that those people were already millionaires but now make $172K. So yes, our income tax system does not look at net worth and they won't see a tax increase under what Obama has proposed (not sure the point, though).

The article does state they will see a tax cut, but fails to explain how. I don't see any tax cut there, unless I'm missing something.
