Here's proof: He's meeting with his Muslim brothers in the White House

More proof: he was buried within 24 hours of his death according to Muslim custom.

More proof: The Muslims celebrate Isra Miraj on the Rajab 27 according to Islamic calendar, and upcoming Isra Miraj 2013 will fall on June 5, 2013, the anniversary of Reagan's death.

More proof: He was instrumental in sending Prince Sultan into space aboard the shuttle.

It's all OK though because the Saudi Royal Family are all Republicans.
