Lawsuit: Obama not qualified to be prez because he's black

Sometimes the depth of Republican Racism surprises even me. It’s one thing for Federal Judges to forward racist emails, for various TV personalities to blow their dogwhistles, and for tea party protestors to have their racist signs… But surely Republicans wouldn’t put their racism right out there in the Federal record! Wrong.

Gordon Warren Epperly, America’s newest racist of record, has filed a lawsuit in Alaska to bar President Obama from being on the ballot. His reason? Get this…

Epperly maintains that when the Constituion was written, black and “mulatto” citizens did not have the right to vote or hold office. True. He then says that the civil rights movement only gave these minorities “Civil Rights” but not “Political Rights.” That means that he thinks minorities should be able to vote but they are Constitutionally forbidden to hold public office.

So, who is this Gordon Warren Epperly? Anyone that we have ever heard of ? What major office does he hold? What position of influence does he have?

He's about as well known as all the other wacko birthers that file lawsuits in various states challenging the birth certificate.

I do believe that it is not possible for you to enter into a discussion without trying to personally insult someone. Disagreement can me made without such a crude tool as insult, unless your point of view on a subject is bankrupt.

Obama isn't qualified to be POTUS because he came into the job with no experience as a Government Executive officer and no experience in running a business. As CIC during his tenure he continues to demonstrate that he has no clue what he is doing and what's worse is he continues to make policy, exercise Executive Privilege, and press Congress to pass bills that are absurd if not entirely illegal.

Instead of surrounding himself with knowledgeable people and advisors, he has given positions to his non knowlegeable "butt buddies".
Therefore he gets info from freinds that are kinda like listening to those Subway commercials where they look grown but talk like little kids.
He is playing potus but isn't really understanding his position.
