There really is no other explanation I can think of, can you? This is just a shorter version of the ad, but Rommney quoted Obama 100% exactly. Now the ad could have said, "Obama didn't mean that", but it's a flat out lie to say he didn't say "If you have a business, you didn't build that, someone else made that happen". Then in the end of the full length ad, it says "Romney will say anything". So obviously, "anything" should never be an EXACT QUOTE.
