and ignores his own

Running far less on his own record than against that of his opponent, President Obama has latched on to Mitt Romney’s career in venture capitalism as a centerpiece of his reelection campaign.

These desperate times for Americans have called forth desperate measures from an incumbent weighed down by an 8.2% unemployment rate and the barest flicker of job growth. Say, why not suggest that Romney could even be a felon? Oh, right, an Obama aide did that.

Masterfully and disappointingly, the President’s campaign is branding Romney as a rich (repeat, filthy rich) corporate buccaneer who made a fortune sending jobs overseas and bankrupting companies.

In states where voters are in neither camp solidly — the crucial swing states — Obama is executing a distort-and-destroy media blitz. A primary goal in campaign-speak is to “define” Romney as not just out of touch, but as an agent of fat cats who want to take everything.

As usual, everything bad that happens is someone else's fault.

All true about Romney. Nothing distorted at all. Romney profited by taking down companies, destroying jobs, sending jobs overseas, then hiding his money in offshore tax havens rather than invest in the United States. This is the best you can offer?

Further, Romney may well have committed a felony by lying on a federal financial disclosure statement that clearly stated that he did so under threat of felony perjury. Time to run and hide Toad.

You forgot that Bain and Romney profited by saving businesses and jobs that would have otherwise gone bankrupt.

Felons can't run for president so you are once again full of it. Still waiting for these charges to be filed that will never be filed because there is no crime. But don't let that slow you down little doggy.

Under 5 USC 101 (Ethics in Government)
2. An individual whom the President or the President-elect has publicly announced he intends to nominate to a position may file the report required by paragraph (1) at any time after that public announcement, but not later than is required under the first sentence of such paragraph.


Under 5 USC 104(2)

(A) It shall be unlawful for any person to knowingly and willfully—
(i) falsify any information that such person is required to report under section 102; and
(ii) fail to file or report any information that such person is required to report under section 102.
( Any person who—
(i) violates subparagraph (A)(i) shall be fined under title 18, United States Code, imprisoned for not more than 1 year, or both; and
(ii) violates subparagraph (A)(ii) shall be fined under title 18, United States Code.


So the Mittster could be in big trouble if he lied on his financial report. And what did he state on that report:
"10. Mr. Romney retired from Bain Capital on February 11, 1999 to head the Salt Lake [Olympics] Organizing Committee. Since February 11, 1999, Mr. Romney has not had any active role with any Bain Capital entity and has not been involved in the operations of any Bain Capital entity in any way."

Yet we have seen document after document dated 1999 - 2002 where Romney was listed as the CEO, Chairman of the Board, President and Managing Director of Bain Capital. He even listed a salary of $100,000 for 1999, 2000 as CEO of Bain Capital. Yet he lies on his statement saying that he had no involvement in the operations of the company.


I believe there is more than enough evidence to support the possibility that Mitt committed a felony.

So what are the Dems waiting for? Where is Holder? Should be pretty easy to have him arrested if there really is solid proof that he's a felon. Nothing will happen now or ten years from now... you Obama bots have nothing... funny to watch.
