WTF? So nobody is smart enough to opt out of these products? I declined all of these free trial offers for years. GO CFPB regulators! Save us all! Now if Capital One would stop mailing me card applications, but then the poor post office would lose more business.

I thought the CFPB was your parents and high school teachers and their job was done at about 16....isn't anything that comes after punishment for not listening?

Everyone is a victim these days. Seems like no one wants to think for themselves. I see it as a part of the ongoing problem in this country. Everyone wants the gov't. to take care of them and then complains when taxes go up and civil liberities are eroded. You can't have it both ways! Just make me want to scream!
