I have not watched it yet but I wanted the usual suspects another chance to scratch their itch to sneer.

I watched the Johnny Carson Interview and I think that Johnny spent too much time talking about her religious atheism instead of how her philosophy would relate to economics and politics.

After all- faith is also up to the individual, and those moral standards every free man (or woman) needs to either find acceptable or not.

What is of importance- is how objectivism would interface with society in the realms of economics and politics- and what the results would be.

And it's my opinion that we would have a world free from tyranny- where man's real potential could be realized- where the most benefit to the most people in the world, without the force of control by government. It only makes logical sense that the most happiness and freedom and human potential can only be reached by providing less control.

I prefer this interview with Mike Wallace in 1959- which spends less time talking about the religion and more time talking about her philosophy and the benefits it would enstore to society.

How come you guys complain about Obama having no real world experience when it comes to the economy but have an orgasm over a Russian-American author with the same lack of experience?

Ayn Rand lived through a communist economic system, so she had a lot of experience with the dark side of socialism.

As an atheist she probably had a lot of experience with the dark side of religion, too, huh?
