To answer the question put to me, a rifle you have to chamber the next bullet into -- not something modified to fire 100 rounds with 100 consecutive trigger pulls. That's an assault rifle. Assault rifles are made for nothing other to kill many people in a short amount of time.
I know it's not your description, but it's mine.
