Yes- many talented business owners go under- and Obama is nowhere in sight to help out. Many businesses are strapped down with heavy handed rules, regulations, restrictions and taxes that make it nearly impossible to turn a profit these days.
People are struggling to keep their businesses afloat- and this kind of trash talk from the president of the USA is just the total opposite of what America needs right now.
It's embarrassing - it's discusting. The total contempt for the small business owner that Obama has shines right through to anyone with a clear head.
'A year from now, I think people are going to see that we're starting to make some progress. If I don't have this done in three years, then there's going to be a one-term proposition.'

You're inferring that before Obama businesses didn't go under and there weren't the rules, regulations and restrictions and taxes that there are now?
In this graphic, under "Reasons For Failure" I don't see any of your excuses listed in the top 10. I wonder why?
I find it ironic that Rush chose to start a business under Obama and seems to be doing quite well with it.
Rules, Regulations and taxes are so far down the list of reasons for business failures as to be laughable... But you keep spouting those talking-points, sparkie.
"If you were successful, somebody along the line gave you some help." This is absolutely true, no man is an island.
"There was a great teacher somewhere in your life." This is also true, although many students do eventually surpass the teacher's knowledge.
"Somebody helped to create this unbelievable American system that we have that allowed you to thrive. Somebody invested in roads and bridges." Yeah, we've got a great system set up, but more doesn't necessarily mean better.
"If you’ve got a business -- you didn’t build that. Somebody else made that happen." Bullshit. Business grow because of the person running them. Do they use the system currently in place, both private and public? Yep. but the bus don't move without a driver.
