Apples and oranges. Judaism has always been a very communal faith, and even among secular Jews that sort of communal sharing is ingrained from birth. And it's based on over 3000 years of cultural history. So it's no wonder that Israel, as a political entity, would lean toward Democratic Socialism. The United States was not set up on a Democratic Social foundation.
This is usually well understood by most people except anti-Semites.

I understand it clear as day ---- Israel is a Socialist state ---- the United States isn't (historically).
Why should the USA feel compelled to be such a staunch ally of Israel, then?
