Then Owens and his wife seperated, possibly related to a sex scandal that has prevented him from running for any other office in Colorado.

And now you have the Hick. Hopefully this one appears to be more about Helen Thorpe never wanting to assume the duties of being First Lady of both Denver and Colorado. I feel somewhat sorry for political spouses, just because one of them enjoys all that comes with being in office, doesn't mean they want to live in a fishbowl.

She knew what he was when she married him. I think it's his 2016 plans that did him in with her.

Strange they're going on a family vacation together and plan to remain a family that spends a "great deal of time together."
