Mr. Carter, a Black man in the southeast, stopped, had warrant and weed. Was in double locked cuffed and put in patrol car and then ended up shot dead in the head on the opposite side from his dominant hand (which was in cuffs). Police say he must have shot himself after they missed the gun in the search.

I would think this would be eaasy for forensics to figure out... bullet trajectory, powder residue...
