As someone new comes on this forum and reads all the posts, kinda makes you wonder what they think. In our country one has the right of freedom of speech, though there are those that would like to squelch that. We have the right to bear arms, there are those that would like to take that away. Freedom to express ones opinion, even that one some would like to take away. Along with all our other so called rights that seem to be dewindling daily.
The sad part to this is it is not a Republican or Democrat thing, it is Congress as a whole. I don't care what president is in office, nothing happens unless Congress gets off thier butts and passes a bill to make it happen. Its no different than trying to reduce the defecit. All areas of our administration, for years, has squanderd money as if it was an unlimited supply. There is not one dept up there that is not guilty. When the departments send their cuts to congress, if it effects thier districts they start to sing a different tune.
Everyone has their opinions on how the countries economy is doing, how the current President is doing etc. I personally do not think he has done what he could have to help this country out. But I also know that Bush didn't either. Bush, like Obama, could not do anything without either doing an excutive order or Congress letting him do it by passing a bill.
I also (in my opinion) do not feel that Obama is qualified or should be voted in for another 4 years. Nor do I think Romney has what it takes to be President. But that is my opinion.
So you all have a great Friday, and weekend. I myself am outta here for alittle while, got important thing to do, spend time with son who is offically back from the war zone, that is where my priority needs to be. Not going to be on here arguing about what I cannot change.
