Does anyone ever listen to these? I don't and I would have to say if I was sitting on the fence I might choose the candidate that was less annoying.
I so hate the commercials also and if I have the chance and I am really watching a show (not taped) I will hit pause and fast forward. Most all of the commercials are only half the truth any how.
Elections can not come soon enough for me I don't know how many of you can talk politics day in and day out.
I prefer to spend my time with friends laughing!!!!!!!!!! :frienddrink:

My answering machine got fried by lightning recently, so no messages anymore. I avoid most of the TV by using the DVR or listening to Sirrius XM music.

We have been forced to screen our calls, I would say 75% of the daily phone calls we receive are political.

Kinda handy to have if you have spotty cell phone service, and/or are enrolled in emergency alert notifications. Just dont answer the phone if you dont know the caller. I usually just answer and hang up. easyCritiKalBill wrote: Get rid of the land line.

Ya, guess it depends on where you live. I dropped my land line last year and it's amazing how many BS calls I no longer have to waste my time with.Hoot Owl wrote:

Lots of these are recordings. It would be nice to be able to opt out of all recordings... like the no call list.

We have Sprint. The service was very spotty at home. After living with it for quite a while, we told them that if there was nothing they could do we would have to switch.
They sent us a gizmo that hooks into the modem and turns into a "mini-cell tower". No idea what that means but it works well.
