Gentlemen, we can hire him. We have the audacity. We have the capability to make the world’s first intern position that costs two million dollars. Better than the others before. Better . . . stronger . . . faster.
No, this is not that article from the Onion where the Department of Labor spent $40 billion to create one amazing new job. As Lachlan Markay of the Heritage Foundation points out, this one is all too real. It seems that the Department of Agriculture is beyond parody, and its Office of the Chief Information Officer did really spend $2,013,396 on an internship program that only produced one intern. It is OK for goverment to waste 2 million of your money, but if Mitt spends 2 million of his own funds on a car elevator creating many more jobs, it is evilll!
Thomas Sowell: There are no solutions, just trade-offs.
I still can't figure out WTF happened here. This is why we need across the board real cuts in all Federal agency spending, 1 or 2% every year until they tighten things up and prioritize budgets. These agency bureaucrats don't give a crap about the money they waste. Fire the SOBs
If you want to be, press one. If you want not to be, press 2
Republicans are red, democrats are blue, neither of them, gives a flip about you.
A fine example of a sloppy big government wasting our tax dollars at every turn. We, the collective citizens of America, need to stop feeding the machine and we have a chance to do something positive in November.
I can explain it to you but I can't understand it for you.

You liberals are funny. Nobody can make a well defined argument against Ryan, his intellect, his budget knowledge, etc so all you can do is throw firebombs to attack him personally. Says a lot about the guy!
Too bad future generations aren't here to see all the great things we are spending their $$ on!!

Oh you know they have people digging through his trash right now looking for anything that will harm his character... that's the liberal way and Palin is the proof. I don't think the press will be as interested in interviewing him because they only have one topic they think he's vulnerable on....the budget (which the left refuses to address).
The left is angry because they are now being judged by the content of their character and not by the color of their skin.
