Romney's advisor advocate of forced sterilization

Romney's chief judicial advisor is a well known name in conservative circles, Robert Bork who was voted down as a Supreme Court Justice. What you may not know about this important advisor to Romney is his opinion on women in the workplace. In 1984 he upheld a company's rule that women would have to undergo surgical sterilization in they wanted to keep their jobs. I find that incredibly hard to believe that any company would be able to force this incredibly invasive and even religiously objectionable practice on their employees. Yet this is the type of justice that Romney is hoping to put in place in the federal judiciay. Bork also held that women were not entitled to equal protection under the constitution, and that birth control could be outlawed. He also wrote opinions against desegration and against voting rights for African Americans.
This is the America that Romney wants?
