The difference is that Uncle Joe is either going senile or just doesn't care about how his words are received by the American public. It's obvious to me that Uncle Joe will stop at nothing and say anything that paints his opponents in a bad light.

Side note: Looks like GM is considering going into bankruptcy again. Maybe the Feds should have let it die earlier? How much did that bailout cost, 25 billion?
