CU Practices Segregation In Housing

CU plans to segregate those students with Concealed Carry Permits who choose to carry on campus in special housing off site where they would have to lock up their guns in a safe when not carrying.

I actually don't have a problem with the new rules CU has created. Guns should be locked up when they aren't being carried. And it just makes sense to keep the responsible 21's year olds with permits together with access to safes.

I do wonder if crime will be less in that building and will the students name it.

Drunk CU students and guns. What could possibly go wrong?

I predict the number of legal armed students to be very small, and most will be much older people who are returning to college.

And when I was in college in off campus housing, I had shotguns, a revolver, and beer all in the same apartment without incident, shocking I know.
