The ad claims Romney “reduced unemployment to just 4.7 percent.” Yes — Massachusetts’ unemployment rate went from 5.6 percent to 4.6 percent under Romney. But — the state’s unemployment rate was slightly lower than the national rate when he took office, and was roughly the same as the national rate when he left office. (so he did nothing spectacular with the state unemployment rate that pretty much mirrored the national unemployment rate)
The ad claims Romney “balanced every budget without raising taxes.” Yes — Romney never raised personal income taxes. But — in order to balance the budget, Romney increased government fees by hundreds of millions of dollars. (Wow, he balanced the budget by increasing state fees by hundreds of millions of dollars. What a whiz!)

There’s no evidence to back up the assertion, repeated by Crossroads GPS, that this is the worst recovery in American history.
It’s not clear where (Scott) Pelley gets the assertion that this is “the worst economic recovery America has ever had.” The rest of the CBS News segment focuses on Ben Bernanke, chairman of the Federal Reserve, predicting that job growth would be sluggish.
A CBS News representative declined to comment to the Las Vegas Sun. A Crossroads spokesman did not provide any historical backup.

I was hoping you'd go there...

http://www.factcheck.org/2012/06/romney ... -or-worst/ Even with your slanted numbers Mitt still looks better than Obama.
Are you hoping he'll increase federal fees by hundreds of millions of dollars to balance the budget, too?

BTW, I love when you guys quote the MSM to buttress a claim after you talk about how biased it is. Rush does it all the time, too.
