There are experts on tax law, such as Victor Fleischmann. If you go to the IRS offices to talk with a low level clerk, you really should not expect expert tax advice.

Top Dude an expert in business taxes "The Resolution Officer" of The Colorado office of the IRS 16th floor. had his own office, Beleive me I know alot more about taxes and the IRS than you.
They cannot decifer their own handbook some million or so pages of if's, or's, but if's.
If you can find, come up with an expense it is deductable if you spend 2 days in their office.
And you can even show them.
very cooperative after the learning experience.
Taxes are VOLUNTARY, first page of the irs handbook states this. so if you have to go bring this up and then watch as they scramble to help you.

You've either got a link to prove that, or you're a liar....

If you're gonna keep referring to him, at least get his name right.

Innocent until proven guilty. Romney is innocent, and the lack of any action by the IRS supports that.
Post up a link from anyone that has any real law enforcement power that Romney has done something illegal.
You've either got a link from credible law enforcement, or you're just ranting and raving.
I'm waiting....

I'm waiting....How do you know that Romney is innocent and that the IRS has not taken action against him? Of course his tax returns would show some evidence of that.

I don't.
My point is that a man or woman is innocent until proven guilty. You all have taken a stand that he's guilty of something.
Prove it.
This is not an academic discussion. You're accusing him of illegal activities. Where's the charges?
LJ keeps demanding proof of his innocence. I prefer not to join her in throwing out the cornerstone of our judicial system.
If he's guilty of something, prove it.
Or, just admit you're ranting and raving and have some fun.
