Tax expert: Romney guilty of tax evasion

No... I didn't... I demanded proof of the statement:

You've either got a link to prove that, or you're a liar...

If the IRS has ruled that, where is the proof? Simple...

Innocent until proven guilty. Romney is innocent, and the lack of any action by the IRS supports that.

Post up a link from anyone that has any real law enforcement power that Romney has done something illegal.

You've either got a link from credible law enforcement, or you're just ranting and raving.

I'm waiting....

How do you know that Romney is innocent and that the IRS has not taken action against him? Of course his tax returns would show some evidence of that.

I don't.

My point is that a man or woman is innocent until proven guilty. You all have taken a stand that he's guilty of something.

Prove it.

This is not an academic discussion. You're accusing him of illegal activities. Where's the charges?

LJ keeps demanding proof of his innocence. I prefer not to join her in throwing out the cornerstone of our judicial system.

If he's guilty of something, prove it.

Or, just admit you're ranting and raving and have some fun.

No, we pointed out that according to experts who have examined financial records pertaining to Romney's taxes, that it is likely that he broke tax laws in the manner in which he apportioned his income. Innocent or guilty, we won't know until he releases his tax records.

The IRS has an investigation division. You don't think they have analyzed the return, and in fact, since the Obama admin has been hammering this topic, they have even taken a fine tooth comb to it? Don't you think some democrat working in the IRS has made sure, knowing if they were able to prove anything, they would become a democrat icon?

Too bad future generations aren't here to see all the great things we are spending their $$ on!!

The IRS holds investigations confidential as well as settlements. Everyone who works for the IRS is well aware that not only their job is at risk for divulging confidential information, they are liable for criminal prosecution for doing so.

Of course if Mitt releases his tax records, then all would be aware.

So, your ASSumption is that if you haven't heard anything about it, it must not be ongoing... Got it... And like the IRS is going to blow a whistle in the middle of a campaign and then get blamed for being a "partisan arm of the Obama administration".... Got it...

No, I think after the campaign is over, and Mitti-poo has lost the election, then the IRS may wish to have a few words with Mittster about his questionable use of phony tax-avoidance schemes that the IRS has ruled are a no-no...

The GOP doesn't have to wage a war on woman... clowns like this are doing quite a good job making themselves look like mental midgets. Hey... if one of these tools wants to be interviewed... where would you stick the microphone?
