So the Texas redistricting law was struck down. The courts found that the Republican legislators intentionally discriminated against minorities to ensure white legislators would keep their seats. Hopefully other courts will have the courage to follow this lead and strike down the voter id laws as well.
The court was “persuaded by the totality of the evidence that the plan was enacted with discriminatory intent,” according to the ruling. There was “sufficient evidence to conclude that the Congressional Plan was motivated, at least in part, by discriminatory intent,” the court found.
The three judges said they were overwhelmed with the amount of evidence showing the congressional redistricting plan was intentionally discriminatory, writing in a footnote that parties “have provided more evidence of discriminatory intent than we have space, or need, to address here.”
Let me guess - these would be federal judges. Were they the same federal judges that came up with the districts thrown out by the Supreme Court? Inquiring minds want to know.

Yet another attempt at distortion by innuendo. Try doing your own research, provide a factual basis, and an analysis of why the decision by a three judge panel is incorrect. Oh yeah, you don't do things that way, it is easier to smear others by innuendo with no facts.
