Well, Sheepshead Bay assembly candidate Ben Akselrod is experiencing that after thousands of mailers went out to Democratic voters saying that crime is up in the “negrohood.”
According to Sheepshead Bites, the mailer went out to Democratic voters in the 45th Assembly District on Thursday—you can see the full flyer on their site. Akselrod is going up against incumbent opponent, Steven Cymbrowitz, attacking him for “allowing” crime to rise. The print error has caused dozens of readers to contact Sheepshead Bites.
