In the first 35 minutes of the DNC, the sacrifice of the US military men and women has been mentioned a dozen times, compared to 1 time during the RNC. In fact, one of the featured speakers tonight is Captain Tulsi Gabbart, who served in Iraq and Kuwait.

So within the first hour and half of the DNC, the Democrats have had two military combat veterans speak, Captain Tulsi Gabbart, who served in Iraq and Kuwait, and Major Tammy Duckworth who lost both legs in Iraqi conflict. About 8000 words so far on the sacrifices of the military men and women, while at the RNC - zero.
