Developing nations used to say one of the reasons their economies were stagnating is the brain drain they saw. The smartest people in the country went to America and Europe and were educated, often funded by these poor countries and stayed benefiting the developed world with their talent. Luckily our politicians are forcing them to return to their birthplaces and let their education stagnant because of few opportunities in their homeland.
