Mitt says he is not qualified to be president

Remember this remark by Mitt back in July on ABC:

""I don't pay more than are legally due and frankly if I had paid more than are legally due I don't think I'd be qualified to become president," Romney said. "I'd think people would want me to follow the law and pay only what the tax code requires."


Well it turns out that in his just released tax documents, he paid more taxes than he was required to in order to keep his tax rate above 13%. So, let's take him at his word.

It IS entertaining, though, to watch him play Whack-a-Mole with all of these issues that keep cropping up... Noonan was right...
